The dose the research used, and the devices that reach it.
Most red light marketing cites 'studies' without telling you what those studies actually did. Every entry here records the wavelength, the dose in joules per square centimetre, and the session count, so you can check a claim against the protocol behind it.
Only these can be matched to a device protocol.

Where this data comes from
The study records and the dosimetry extraction are the work of Vladimir Heiskanen (Finland), who maintains Photobiomodulation (PBM) research - a comprehensive database. Pulling wavelength, fluence and session data out of thousands of papers is the hard part of this work, and it is his.
What we add is the join: matching each protocol to the devices that can actually deliver it, and computing how long a session would need to be. Citations resolve to PubMed. Where a study could not be matched to a PubMed record we say so rather than linking somewhere approximate.
Nothing here is medical advice, and an indexed study is not an endorsement. Many of these trials are small, many are on animals or cell cultures rather than people, and a protocol that worked in a clinic does not transfer automatically to a consumer device. Read the conclusion and the study type before drawing anything from it.
