Shark Beauty CryoGlow LED Face Mask vs Therabody TheraFace Mask
The CryoGlow LED Face Mask is the cheaper of the two at $349.99, so it wins on value if the specs are close enough for your use. The TheraFace Mask packs more emitters (648 against 160), which usually means a shorter session for the same dose.

CryoGlow LED Face Mask
Shark's own spec sheet lists blue as 630nm, which is a typo, an independent LED device designer measured it at 415nm. Peak draw is 35W with 16.92W in normal operation.
TheraFace Mask
Emitter count is not dose. Without a published mW/cm2 you cannot tell whether 648 lights beats a 132 LED mask that states 30 mW/cm2.
