BestQool Redot M vs BestQool Redot L
The Redot M is the cheaper of the two at $209, so it wins on value if the specs are close enough for your use. The Redot L packs more emitters (400 against 220), which usually means a shorter session for the same dose.

Redot M
The middle Redot size and the sensible pick for a single large joint. Contact irradiance is the right measure for a wrap, but it cannot be set against a panel's 6 inch figure.
Redot L
The value pick, and the only mat that states the exact conditions of its measurement. Read 510(k) exempt as registered, not cleared: BestQool never submitted this to the FDA for review.
