PBMT and swimming exercise independently alleviate neuropathic pain and mitigate muscle degeneration following sciatic nerve injury. When combined, these therapies produce additive or synergistic effects, supporting the implementation of multimodal, non-pharmacologic strategies for managing neuropathic pain and promoting functional recovery.
